Serving Locally

Shared Harvest is a joint ministry of several local Lutheran churches who deliver food once a month to working-poor families. They deliver up to 84 bags of groceries each month.

You may drop off your Shared Harvest donations at the church office on Monday thru Thursday between 9am and 2pm or at Church on Sunday mornings. The next assembly is 1pm on June 28 at Lord of Mercy Lutheran Church in Sparks.

Our shopping list for June:

  • Chicken Noodle Soup (We need 42 cans.)
  • Cold Cereal (We need 28 boxes.)
  • Canned Fruit (We need 42 cans.)
  • Tuna (We need 42 cans.)
  • Shampoo (We need as many as possible.)

Our shopping list for July (please do not drop off before June 30):

  • Chili (We need 42 cans.)
  • Canned vegetables (We need 56 cans.)
  • Crackers (We need 42 sleeves.)
  • Tuna (We need 42 cans.)
  • Powdered Laundry Detergent (We need as much as possible.)
